Meet Maja Wellner
Maja Wellner is one of Sweden's leading athletes in Obstacle Course Racing, with a particular passion for technically demanding obstacles.
She has represented the Swedish national team since 2022 and established herself at both national and international level, with achievements including European Championship titles, World Championship gold in team competition and a World Championship bronze medal.
Her 2026 season has continued that success. At the European Championships in Mantova, Italy, she won individual silver over 400 metres and gold in the women's relay. Just three weeks later, she was part of the Swedish relay team that claimed World Championship gold in Limerick, Ireland.
But behind the medals is the mindset that makes the results possible.
A constant drive to improve. The ability to adapt. Mental strength. And the humility to learn, adjust and try again.
