Throughout Aixia Innovation Day 2026, sessions will run continuously across our two stages, H1 and H2. From AI infrastructure and innovation to leadership, business and the future of technology, the day will bring together different voices and perspectives on where AI is taking us next.
Keeping the conversations moving and the energy high on each stage will be our two facilitators: Simon Strålberg and Ellen Reinhardt.
Meet Simon Strålberg
Simon is the founder of Align Sweden, an ambitious professional forum for AI leaders in the Nordics. Through Align, he enables deeper conversations about how leaders, organizations and society can adopt AI with greater clarity, purpose and responsibility.
With a decade of experience shaping digital strategies for industry leaders, Simon is now focused on building an ecosystem for the people leading the next great transformation.
Align Sweden is already established with regular network meetings and activities for companies and leaders in Stockholm and Jönköping, with Gothenburg coming next.
Meet Ellen Reinhardt
Ellen is AI Strategy and Business Development Manager at Aixia and part of Aixia Labs, where she works at the intersection of technology, strategy and business.
Her focus is on turning complex technical opportunities into executable roadmaps and helping organizations move beyond experimentation. From AI pilots to solutions that create measurable and lasting business value.
As a frequent speaker on AI and change management, Ellen brings a perspective focused not only on what AI can do, but how organizations can actually make it happen.
